You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You agree not to share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You agree to use Content Pearl only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others. Automated access to Content Pearl beyond normal use is prohibited.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Content Pearl and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Content Pearl and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Analytics and reports generated for your account are yours to use.
Content Pearl is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Content Pearl after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
